Baked Shrimp with Tomato & Feta

A light yet flavorful dish for lunch or dinner.

This is easily my favorite shrimp recipe I have created so far! I actually got the inspiration from a chicken recipe that I tried one day and thought it would be just as delicious with shrimp and a few of my own tweaks. The tomato and feta sauce really add to the heartiness of the shrimp and gives it a mediterranean feel. If shrimp isn't your thing, definitely sub it out with a nice white fish like halibut or cod. I hope you enjoy this 6-ingredient, 25 minute recipe!
