Ingredients
1 large bundle of Broccolini
Olive oil for drizzling
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and line sheet tray with parchment paper.
Trim broccolini stems a bit and place on tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Roast for 15 minutes, until tender.
Turn over to broil setting (500 degrees Fahrenheit), and once the oven is up to temperature, let the broccolini broil for 2-3 minutes, care not to burn.
Serve with optional parmesan cheese.
